(“TUQIA”), EIN 27-4495703, is a Delaware nonstock corporation that has received a ruling from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service that it is a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (“the Code”). Charitable contributions to TUQIA are tax-deductible to U.S. taxpayers to the extent permitted by section 170 of the Code. In accordance with applicable U.S. law, all donations received are at the discretion of TUQIA’s board of directors.
